Create anything from a simple daily routine to a custom combination of days and times. Orchia adds each upcoming task to your schedule automatically, so you only have to build the routine once.
Control what moves

When tasks overlap, you decide what can change. Keep important tasks fixed, let others shift only within limits you choose, and review any conflicts Orchia can't resolve automatically.
Notifications on your terms

Choose the level of attention each task needs, from a simple reminder to a full-screen alarm. Keep everyday tasks quiet and save stronger alerts for the things you really don't want to miss.
Structure inside every task

Subtasks can have their own timing, and each task can include checklists, timers, counters, and notes. As you work, you can keep track of your progress and what you complete, not just what you planned.

Your schedule is saved to your account and stays in sync across your devices. When your plans involve someone else, you can share tasks and routines directly with friends.

Hi, I'm Cole. I built Orchia because I wanted time management to be a more pleasant experience. Too many planner apps feel pushy, rigid, and sterile, so I've been working to make something powerful but approachable instead. I'm currently recruiting a small group of Android testers to help me get Orchia ready for launch.

Testers will receive an invite by email, try Orchia during its closed alpha, remain enrolled for at least 14 consecutive days, and share occasional feedback. Testers who participate through launch keep Orchia Pro free for life. Pro is normally $3.99 a month or $28.99 a year.

What should I call you?

Google Play email Required The email your Google Play account uses. This is how I register you as a tester. It's the only thing I actually need.

Orchia account email Only if you'll sign up in the app with a different email. The founder perk goes to this account, one perk per tester.
