By creating an account, accessing, or using Orchia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Orchia, unless a higher minimum age or additional parental consent is required by the law of your country or region. By signing up, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate and that your use of the app complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the applicable age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Usernames and related public handle information may be visible to other users for social and friend features. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create an account on someone else's behalf without permission.
Orchia is a personal productivity app for managing tasks, planning time, building routines, and using optional social sharing features. Features may include task creation, recurring schedules, subtasks, timers, checklists, notifications, and social sharing with users you connect with through the app.
Orchia may offer free and premium tiers. Premium features are unlocked through in-app subscriptions. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are generally handled through the app store you used to purchase the subscription, subject to that store's rules and any rights you may have under applicable law. We do not directly process payment card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store before the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription through the app store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

You retain ownership of the task content and personal information you create in Orchia. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service and to provide features you request, such as sync and sharing.
If you share content with another user and they accept it, an independent copy is added to their account. You grant that user a perpetual, non-exclusive right to keep, use, and modify their copy within Orchia. Their copy is managed under their account and is not affected if you later delete your original content or your account. Likewise, copies you accept from other users are managed under your account.
Except for your own content, the app, its code, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Cole Buice or licensed for use in Orchia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Orchia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful sync, or delivery of reminders or notifications at any exact time. Orchia is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, or other safety-critical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cole Buice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Orchia. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Orchia if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account through the app.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections provided by the law of your country or place of residence may still apply where required.
